The contract may consist of an accepted offer, purchase and sale agreement, option, deed, exchange agreement, lease, or similar instrument. The final decision on whether or not a property is acceptable for purchase shall be solely within your discretion.We will handhold you through the entire buying process
We shall use our proprietary technology, market intelligence tools, and acquisition teams to identify and showcase rental real estate properties that meet your search criteria.
We may also arrange showings, conduct inspections, analyze financing options, give advice concerning real estate practices and procedures, and assist you to negotiate the terms and conditions of the contract.
We will assist you in finding the right professionals, such as an attorney, an inspector, a surveyor, etc., as may be required to complete the transaction.Cancel the contract anytime
The initial term of this agreement shall be 6 months from the date of opt-in, and shall automatically be renewed unless terminated by the user. You can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org anytime to cancel your subscription to our services.We charge a fee only on success
Like other real estate brokerages, we charge a fee on the successful closure of the transaction only. The compensation equals a fixed percentage of the gross purchase price which shall be payable upon the closing of the sale.
